Le but de nos cours est de partager un vaste champ d'informations autour du corps en mouvement que nous considérons utiles pour celles et ceux qui estiment leur corps comme un instrument potentiel d'expression.
Nous cultivons ces informations auprès de l'Axis Syllabus Research International Meshwork (Clique ici pour l'accès au site net international et ici pour notre Forum).
Nous allions aussi d'autres outils comme nos expériences en tant qu'artistes du spectacle vivant (danse et/ou cirque). Vous trouverez la description de nos profils en un clic sur nos noms ci-dessus.
Notre transmission relie la forme théorique et la mise en pratique de principes de mouvement tant sensitifs, qu'anatomiques, physiques ou bio-mécaniques. Ces associations de connaissances et d'expériences questionnent les notions propres à l'exploration du corps comme l'hygiène, la philosophie, la sociologie ou encore l'anthropologie. Les sciences étant un vaste monde, la recherche reste infinie et passionnante.
Toutes ces données et ces divers outils techniques sont englobés de manière vivante et respirante par la stimulation de la créativité.
D'un travail d'improvisation aux suggestions chorégraphiques, le but de ces cours réguliers est de trouver nos points communs, tout en respectant nos diversités et richesses individuelles uniques.
Cet espace ouvert à toutes et tous, est une invitation à se positionner en tant que chercheuse.eur, participant.e curieux.ses.
Il tente d'accueillir nos découvertes, des confrontations potentielles par le questionnement et par le jeu, tout en partageant la joie de se mouvoir et de danser ensemble.

The aim of our classes is to share a vast field of information around the moving body that we consider useful for those who assess their body as a potential instrument of expression.
We cultivate this information with the Axis Syllabus Research International Meshwork (Click here for access to the international web site and here for our Forum).
We also used other tools, as for Eve Kolinski from Feldenkrais and for the three of us, our diverse experiences as artists and perfomers. (description of our profiles in one click on our names above).
Our transmission links the theoretical form and its application into practice through the list of the principles of movement that are sensory, anatomical, physical or bio-mechanical.
These associations of knowledge and experiences can bring us to question the notions that are specific to the exploration of the body, such as hygiene, philosophy, sociology or anthropology. Sciences being a vast world, research remains endless and fascinating. All these data and these various technical tools are embraced in a lively and breathing way by the stimulation of creativity.
From improvisational work to choreographic suggestions, the aim of these regular classes is to find our common points, while respecting our unique individual diversity and wealth.
This space is open to all and is an invitation to position oneself as a researcher, as an inquisitive participant. This capacity tries to welcome our discoveries, potential of playful confrontations and their value through a constant questioning, while sharing the joy of moving and dancing together.
